PURE ATHLETICS NATIONAL TRACK CLUB offers Summer Track & Field and Sports Conditioning training and competitive opportunities for youth athletes ages 7-18 desiring to take their performance to a higher level. The programming will focus on general and specific strength conditioning, speed acquisition and general endurance. Training takes place in a team environment where athletes can meet challenges together and through camaraderie, experience growth and athletic development in a positive and fun environment.
Training takes place at the National Training Center Track & Field Complex. All ability levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, are welcome and will benefit from the training programs.
We will be attending the AAU District and Regional meets and Club Championships this summer for those wishing to qualify for the Junior Olympics.

We may add some additional days as the season progresses and will notify registered participants of those days.
There will be a $50 registration fee paid online when you register each athlete at the above link. All athletes will then pay $10 cash at the track for any practices that they attend to be paid at the track gate during check in. So, if you attend a practice, you pay $10. If you cannot come or the session gets cancelled, you do not pay. Practices will be as follows:
For those athletes that are 14 years old and up, your practice day will be on Monday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm at the track. We also encourage this group to meet at the waterfront on Saturday mornings to participate in the Park Run
It is a free event and fun to participate in.
For those athletes that are 7-13 years old, your practice day will be on Saturday mornings from 8-9:30am at the track.
We will add some additional sessions on a weekly basis based on weather and coaches’ availability so please make sure that during registration you enter the best email address for us to send communications to.
