Adult Training Programs
National Track Club Training programs implement innovative training plans, certified, professional coaching, and educational seminars to achieve your health, fitness, and performance goals.
All programs include:
Coach supported group training runs or perform your own workout
Coach available at training for feedback or questions
Educational seminars on topics such as equipment, nutrition, race preparation, stretching & exercise, goal setting, etc.
Adult Track Sessions
This is a track program for adults interested in improving their health and fitness and achieving performance goals. Our group workouts, supervised by a professional coach, will provide camaraderie and motivation to help you achieve your goals. This program is designed for all levels of runners & walkers and will consist of structured workouts individualized for all levels of athletes. Individuals may also use this track time to perform their own workouts or consult coaches for advice. Throughout the year educational seminars on a variety of topics including, nutrition, equipment, training, etc. will be conducted at the National Training Center free of charge for Pure Athletics participants.
