The Zero to Hero training program is a track program for adults interested in improving their health and fitness and achieving performance goals.
Certified coach, Hemant Hariprashad, implements innovative training plans and educational seminars that will provide camaraderie and motivation to help you achieve your goals.
This program is designed for all levels of runners & walkers and will consist of structured group workouts, individualized for all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.
Coach supported group training sessions
Educational seminars on topics such as equipment, nutrition, race preparation, stretching & exercise, goal setting, etc.
To register, fill out the waiver on the registration link and pay Coach Hemant by cash or check the first day or practice.
