National Track Club Programs
Programs based on scientific training principles, developed by world-class coach Cristy Snellgroves, are available for every age group and level, from beginners to elite athletes.
Youth Track Club
PURE Athletics National Track Club offers track & field, summer conditioning, and cross country training and competitive opportunities for youth athletes ages 7-18. The program will promote athletic development by teaching fundamental skills in speed development, bio-mechanics, strength development, and distance running. All levels are welcome to join and training plans will be individualized for each athlete. Athletes develop self-esteem & confidence, as well as top level-training. Athletes from our program have run their first race, achieved personal bests, achieved medals at the State level, and won National Championship titles. Most important of all, they develop long lasting friendships and have a lot of fun!
Training Groups are available seasonally and can include track sessions, running & walking programs, Half Marathon & Marathon Training Groups, & Mother's and Masters training groups. These programs are designed to improve fitness and performance levels of all athletes. Training groups provide motivation, camaraderie, accountability, and competition in an encouraging environment.
National Track Club coaching services are designed and implemented by our coaches. Programs are available for athletes of all ages and can be personalized for an individual or group, and can cover distances from the 100m to the Ultra marathon. Training plans are individualized for each athlete based upon their history, schedule availability, and goals. Online Distance Coaching services are also available for those who live outside of the area or have challenging schedules. Coaching services are provided to a limited number of participants and by application only in order to provide personal interaction and quality service.
