National Track Club's Champions Camps provide cutting edge strategies to empower athletes to achieve their dreams
Camp is open to all levels, ages 12 and older
Athletes will meet and learn from the National Track Club, PURE Athletics, and The National Training Center’s impressive coaching staff, directed by USATF Level III & IAAF Level V Elite Coach, Cristy Snellgroves, that has coached NCAA All-Americans, National Champions, and elite & Olympic athletes. Throughout the week, training and instruction are provided in breakout sessions taught by world-class coaches, nationally recognized staff, and elite and world class athletes.
Instruction includes individualized training strategies, biomechanics, nutrition, strength training, cross training, and injury prevention. Informative seminars will cover goal setting and motivation, training and racing techniques, supplemental training.

The superior training facilities at the National Training Center: state-of-the-art track & cross country complex, Olympic sized swimming pool, sports fields, and premier fitness facility

Instruction including: individual training strategies, pool running, biomechanics, running analysis, strength training, stretching & foam rolling, injury prevention, pre and post race protocols, etc.

Informative educational seminars will cover nutrition, goal setting and motivation, training and racing techniques, etc.

Educational and motivational presentations from established & aspiring Olympians & elite athletes

Testing available at a supplement: Performance Physiology Testing including Maximum Oxygen Uptake Analysis (VO2max), Lactate Threshold Analysis, Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis, Body Composition, Nutrition Consulting

Day at SeaWorld Aquatica

Recreational activities and games such as kayaking/canoeing, relay races, team competitions, movies, swimming, picnics, scavenger hunts, campfires, talent shows, etc.
Accommodations
The cabins at Lake Louisa accommodate up to six people (5 athletes and 1 counselor/coach) and have two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen (with appliances) and dining/living room. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, linens, towels, picnic tables and rockers on the porch are also provided.
Check in for camp is at 3:00pm on Sunday, July 24 at Lake Louisa State Park
Check out and pick up is at 5:00pm Friday, July 29
at The National Training Center

The Co-Pay Amount for your Insurance in the event you need medical attention (Mandatory). Your co-pay should be a check made out to “South Lake Hospital” cash or a credit/debit card.
